Weee... Athrun Zala from Gundam SEED holding Tori whom he gave to his childhood bestfriend Kira Yamato.

I am an avid AthrunxKira supporter. >_> So that is the reason I've put the text on this pic. I would *swear* that Athrun likes Kira as more than a friend, and if Cagalli and Lacus weren't in the picture, they would be together!!! >_> Yes. *Cough*

Anyway, picture was sketched, scanned, and then coloured in Painter 6 without an outline (my first attempt at CGing on top of a sketch without an outline layer... painful X_x), with effects, text and BG in PhotoShop 7.

Oh oh! Almost forgot. X_x This picture was done as a deul with ee- because she said Kira is WAY better than Athrun, and that Athrun is ugly!!! >___> I will never forgive her. So she did a pic of Kira [link] , and I did this one of Athrun. *Huffs*

Everything on this pic is very nice, but i especially love the coloring of the hair and skin, and the drawing of the hands. Very good indeed.

did this take you a long time? i've wanted to try lineart-lacking art, but i lose my will because i guess i forget that it has to look kinda of ugly before it starts to look beautiful [when i did realism pics, that was the case anyway].

i dun like the gundam series, but that dun mean i can't admire this art anyway...it's really nicely done. the face and hair especially, and the hand touching 'tori' but the other one it's perched on appears awkward. i think it has something to do with the knuckles.

hope that doesn't upset you, just a little cc. beautiful work.

Wow, this is sooo pretty! I love it! Awesome coloring, and I love the "I am angsting over Kira' sort of expression he has, heheh ^^ (I love Athrun too ^^)
