This is a collab with 
She drew it, I coloured it in and made up the BG for it.
The character is an original bishi named Matsura created by ~kiminess so if you want to know more about him, I recommend you check out her page because she has a lot more drawings of him. ^_^
Anyways, ~kiminess sketched it on paper, scanned it, and sent it over to me here in Australia, and I CGed it on top of the sketch in Painter 6/8 and Photoshop 7.
